Richard Clayderman's show, originally scheduled for 04/04/2020 and later postponed to 11/06/2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is confirmed for 10/29/2022 at 8:00 PM. Tickets purchased and not canceled through the ticketing service Ingresso Rápido – www.ingressorapido.com.br – remain valid and can be used for the performance on 10/29/2022 without the need for exchange. The seats remain the same.
If you wish to request a refund for tickets purchased through Ingresso Rápido, you must do so by filling out the form available at the link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdl47ePX4GDdY-5HW970Bftz26QTcoBsj1sP8ONhAFNwBv21w/viewform by 09/01/2022 at the latest. After this date, no more refund requests will be accepted.
