AIR SUPPLY CELEBRATES 50 YEARS OF CAREER WITH A
SINGLE PERFORMANCE IN BRAZIL
If it is true that practice leads to perfection, then Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock—loved by millions of fans around the world as Air Supply—have had half a century to refine their skills, channel their passion, and captivate audiences with the romantic, intense, yet delicate energy of their unmistakable hits, which turned them into global superstars.
And to celebrate 50 years of career, Air Supply will come to Brazil in 2026 for a single performance on May 10 at Vibra São Paulo, toasting their countless Brazilian fans with a historic show.
The audience can expect a true celebration of five decades on the road, with a concert packed with hits such as “All Out of Love,” “Lost in Love,” and “Making Love Out of Nothing At All,” performed by Graham, Russell, and a powerful band. Under the musical direction of guitarist Aaron McLain, the group also features Mirko Tessandori (piano/keyboards/vocals), Pavel Valdman (drums), and Doug Gild (bass).
Air Supply’s sales figures and radio airplay are equally impressive, rivaling those of their idols, The Beatles, with five consecutive Top 5 singles (“Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” “Every Woman in the World,” “The One That You Love,” and “Here I Am”); total sales of 20 million copies of their first three albums (Lost in Love, The One That You Love, Now & Forever) and the 1983 compilation Greatest Hits; millions of radio plays for five of their songs (including “Sweet Dreams” and “Making Love Out of Nothing At All,” written by Jim Steinman); and the remarkable milestone of more than 5,500 live shows.
Graham and Russell mark this milestone with exciting projects across multiple media: the release of their 18th studio album, A Matter of Time, produced by Brian Howes; a special vinyl compilation; a biographical film titled All Out of Love: The Air Supply Story; a Broadway comedy-drama musical featuring their songs as the soundtrack (working title Lost in Love); and an as-yet-untitled autobiography written by the duo.
Crowning this historic journey, which began exactly on May 12, 1975, when the duo first met, Air Supply has prepared a special 50th anniversary tour to celebrate alongside their fans, bringing together great hits, emotion, and the essence that made the duo one of the most iconic names in romantic music worldwide.
